On The Rose Again
DESCRIPTION
A rose sets off again, but not along a familiar path. The journey opens with anise, cardamom, black pepper and saffron, a spicy constellation brightened by davana and the juicy transparency of lychee. At the heart, violet leaf gives the flower its green breath, crisp and slightly metallic, while Turkish rose unfolds with clarity rather than excess. The rose appears fresh, luminous, almost naturalistic, stripped of girlish sweetness and carried by a more composed elegance. The trail deepens into vanilla, patchouli, cypriol, vetiver, and Virginia cedarwood, where woods and amber materials stretch the flower into a long, textured vibration. Cashmeran, amber xtreme, ambergris and musks leave the rose suspended between softness and radiance, as if endlessly returning in a new light.
